Strength Training Classes

BODY BLAST Body Blast is a fast-paced, total body weight workout that will transform your physic and pick up your metabolism. This class works every major muscle group and is designed to challenge all ages and fitness levels. Barbells, dumbbells, and leg weights are used.

POWER HOUR
A great way to spend your lunch is with this weights workout designed to shape your entire body. This class uses hand-weights, weighted bars, bands, leg weights and balls. After this class you will notice an increase in muscle strength, enhanced joint flexibility and an increased resting metabolism.

TIGHTEN-N-TONE
This class is designed to add tone and definition to all the major muscle groups with free weights. Get your day off to a great start with an invigorating workout that will challenge you and give you added strength. For both men and women - Novice or Pro.

WEIGHT LIFTING
This class is a complete body workout using free weights and is designed for all fitness levels. This workout is a great way to shape and strengthen your body as well as increasing your metabolism. Stretching and abdominal work included.
