Two swimming pools, one indoors and one outdoors, both of which are staffed by a crew of trained lifeguards. Water Aerobics Shallow/Deep - 12 week class will incorporate many forms of water exercise, such as: shallow, deep and isolated interval exercises. This class will help build on the intensity of individual work outs and increase endurance over the next 12 weeks. Prime Fitness - A one hour class is designed especially for those 55 and over. This fun class has a 15 minute warm up and then 20 minutes in the shallow water exercise and intervals. Deep water follows with a variety of cardio, toning and strengthening exercises. A well balanced workout that makes you feel great is the focus of this class. Deep Water - A challenging class that offers a great cardio workout concentrating on target heart rates in combination with upper body training and stretching exercises. A well balanced workout that makes you feel great is the focus of this class. Aquatic Fitness - This intense, one hour, class will give the cross trainer a cardio - challenge. Power - Another intense class that utilizes the whole pool incorporating kick boards and other floatation apparatus. Aqua Pilate's - Basic Pilate's moves are integrated in the pool. The focus of this class is on core strength, breathing, balance, stretching and relaxation. Water Arthritis - The Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program (AFAP) is a water exercise program designed for people with arthritis and related conditions. A class with gentle activities in warm water with qui dance from a trained instructor. |
