| The Sports Performance Academy's (SPA)

We provide area athletes the training necessary to achieve their peak performance , utilizing the principles of speed, agility, and core strengthening. Concentrating on improving an athlete's expansiveness, change of direction, vertical leap quickness, and overall speed, while keeping a strong emphasis on the athletes body position, balance, and flexibility will focus on injury prevention.
