training programs prepare athletes for competition by utilizing exercises and drills directly related to sports-specific movements and positioning to help achieve:

Our ultimate goal is to help athletes of all ages enhance their athletic abilities by training on the cutting edge. We provide area athletes the training necessary to achieve their peak performance , utilizing the principles of speed, agility, and core strengthening. Concentrating on improving an athlete's expansiveness, change of direction, vertical leap quickness, and overall speed, while keeping a strong emphasis on the athletes body position, balance, and flexibility will focus on injury prevention.

Training Evaluation
Physical and Performance Testing


A comprehensive evaluation of each Athlete is conducted through a series of physical tests to determine specific physical strengths and weaknesses. We evaluate; Flexibility, Balance (Single and Double Proprioception), Upper and Lower Body Muscular Strength, any Muscular Imbalances, and Pre-Existing Injuries.
Performance Evaluation consists of Combine Testing which includes; Pro Shuttle, 40 Yard Dash, Three Cone, Vertical Jump, Broad Jump, 225 Bench
Press Rep, 60 Yard Shuttle and Position Skill Drill.
