Laura Dugan (440-225-2037)
Laura's philosophy in training is to "Keep the Body Balanced!" Modern life and old fashioned gravity conspire to pull us out of natural alignment. Laura's experience with Active-Isolated Stretch techniques has helped many clients tweak their bodies back into alignment and out of pain. As a Flexibility Specialist, she has worked with and is certified through World-Renowned Trainers, Jim and Phil Warton. She also holds a certification through the American College of Sports Medicine (A.C.S.M.).

Jeffrey Jones (440-946-3262)
Jeffrey is a Certified International Sports Science Association (ISSA) Personal Trainer who guides his clients on a realistic nutrition plan, weight training, and cardio program that fits into their lifestyle. His goals are health and fitness that is energetic, motivating, fast and simple. Josie is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a physical education background. Josie has 17 year's of teaching experience and has been training professionally for 10 years, including special needs. Her specialties include: Weight management, shaping, toning, and individual program design for overall health and wellness. Josie also enjoys teaching Aquatics classes.

CJ is a graduate from Mount Union College with a BS in Exercise Science and is an American College of Sports Medicine and National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. An accomplished athlete, CJ ran college track earning him an All Conference title. He uses his personal sports experience, training, and discipline to design a results oriented workout plan. CJ will help you set obtainable fitness goals and prescribe lifestyle changes to improve your overall health and fitness level.

Eric Maynard (216-832-8413)
Eric is a Certified ISSA Personal Trainer with a strong background in speed and strength training. He has been a Fitness and Conditioning instructor at Mentor Heisley for the past five years. Eric enjoys working with children and adults to improve their balance, speed and the coordination between hands, eyes and feet. His most recent projects at Mentor Heisley include Sports Conditioning for young athletes.

Gary Mihallik (440-487-3785)
As a Trainer, Gary believes that there is a desired body, mindset and motivational spirit in everyone and his job is to help his clients successfully achieve that desired state of being. With certifications as a Certified Fitness Trainer and a Specialist in Performance Nutrition through the International Sports Science Association, Gary has the academic background and practical experience to educate, motivate and inspire each and every client.

Renee holds a B.S. in Health Fitness and an M.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts. She is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor. With more than 17 years of fitness management experience she has the knowledge to design personalized programs, help you set and achieve realistic goals, help you to find ways to fit in fitness and most importantly have fun making fitness a daily part of your life.

Reggie is an International Sports Science Association Certified Personal Trainer, Painesville Harvey track and field sprint coach, and co-owner of Raw Talent Sports. Reggie's training history spans throughout the Ohio area, helping people of all abilities reach their full physical potential. He has successfully worked as a speed and strength coach for many of the areas aspiring athletes in a variety of different sports.

Lorraine Rice (440-354-9384)
Lorraine has been a member of Mentor Heisley for over 15 years. After struggling with her weight and fitness level, she joined weight watchers and hired a Personal Trainer. She has lost over 40 lbs. and is stronger and healthier than ever before. Lorraine assisted instructing a Boot Camp lead by her Trainer and was voted by the team "Most Motivated Player". Lorraine is now certified through the "American Council on Exercise".

Kelley is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. She will customize a workout to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether it is weight loss, muscle toning, cardiovascular training, motivation or total body wellness, she will help you reach your goals. Kelley believes daily exercise and proper nutrition are the keys to a healthy and stress free life.
