Mind-Body Connection Classes

Pilates - This unique class combines the mind and body component of fitness in a 1-hour workout. Concentrating on core strengthening and stabilization, this class improves muscle control, flexibility, and coordination. Strengthening and muscle toning through gentle, slow, and controlled movements are performed.

Yoga - This 60-minute class uses posture exercises for every part of the body. Exercises concentrate on toning, body-stretching, and strengthening joints and bones. Breathing techniques help revitalize the body and relax the mind. This specialty class is offered to non-members for a fee.
