ABSOLUTE ABS
A class that will strengthen your entire core, abdominals, obliques, and lower back. Modifications are shown for each exercise so class is appropriate for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced.
ACTIVE ISO STRETCH
Active-Isolated Flexibility is a proven program of biomechanically correct principles of maintaining musculoskeletal flexibility. The technique works with our nervous and muscular systems to promote flexibility and improve circulation to the active muscles. You simply work one set of muscles to enhance the flexibility of the opposite muscle group.
PILATES
This unique class combines the mind and body component of fitness concentrating on core strengthening and stabilization. This workout improves muscle control, flexibility and coordination. Strength and muscle toning are gained through gentle, slow and controlled movements.
CHAIR YOGA
This class is modified for anyone who is not comfortable on the floor. Everything is done sitting in a chair. All are welcome
HATHA YOGA
Hatha Yoga uses posture exercises for every part of the body. Exercises concentrate on toning, body-stretching and strengthening joints and bones. Breathing techniques help revitalize the body and relax the mind.
SENIOR YOGA
This yoga class is designed to honor the senior body, mind and spirit. You are free to participate at your own level and pace. It is never too late to change and improve the health of the body, to re-tune, regenerate and rejuvenate.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
Vinyasa means breath connected movement. This yoga class flows from one ashtanga pose to another with emphasis on alignment.
YOGILATES
This class is a unique combination of Yoga and Pilates using core training techniques. This class builds on balance, flexibility and strength.
THE LEBED METHOD, FOCUS ON HEALING

The Lebed Method, Focus on Healing is a therapeutic exercise program for women who have had Breast Cancer, for women, men and children who have had Cancer, radiation, and chemotherapy, chronic disorders such as Lymphedema, Arthritis, Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, M.S. and Parkinson's. The Lebed Method has been published in medical journals, has been seen on Lifetime Live, The Today Show, the BBC, in People Magazine and many more publications. It is a recovery program being used in more than 500 hospitals. Come and enjoy moving with others in a safe and positive atmosphere. Focus on Healing is a gentle exercise program that helps to increase flexibility, increase energy, and promote positive self image.
