New Equipment just for Kids & Teens

Mentor Heisley has teamed up with the Heart Association to help educate adults & children as part of the national combat against obesity, diabetes and heart disease. We are always looking for ways to get our children fit & healthy. Therefore, we purchased equipment for youths & teens. Beginning in February we will be offering 8 week sessions which will consist of 10 children with a Personal trainer.
They will meet twice a week for an hour each session.All the trainers will be trained in January with this equipment to ensure the best safety of the children. We are hoping to enrich the lives of our next generation. The equipment will have its own designated area in the downstairs cardio room. We are excited to be able to start this program. Together we can make a difference.
