CARDIO STRENGTH INTERVAL
Add some variety to your workouts with a new class. This class combines cardiovascular intervals on your choice of cardio equipment with strength intervals to provide an excellent entire body workout. We will work to maintain a heart rate in your target heart rate zone throughout the entire class.
CARDIO TO IMPROVE POSTURE
This lo-impact class is designed to work all the shoulder and back muscles to help improve your posture. Bands, light weights, and stability balls will be used throughout the workout while keeping the heart rate at a moderate level with lo-impact movements. Core and flexibility training will be included.
INTERVALS
This workout is held in our upstairs cardio room. A certified instructor will lead you through a challenging interval workout with your choice of equipment: Treadmills, Bikes, Ellipticals and Steppers.
HI-LO
This class will combine high impact with low impact moves. The intensity level can vary from beginner to advanced. Movement options are given throughout class.
STEP
This class combines the up-up, down-down patterns on the adjustable platform with hi-lo movements on the floor. The intensity level can vary at your discretion from beginner to advanced.
TOTAL BODY WORKOUT
This is a workout with a 30 - 45 minute component using the step and hi-lo movements. Upper torso weight training, lunges and squats are included.
ZUMBA
This workout will move your hips and shimmy your shoulders with some easy to follow dance steps. Zumba combines high energy, motivating Latin and International music with unique moves, principles of interval and resistance training to maximize your caloric output. So why not burn some fat, tone your body and have great fun with Zumba!
